Yours Truly Regulations
These Regulations establish the rules and conditions of the Yours Truly Program, made available to Participants through the Sustainably Yours website, operated by Petfive Brands LLC.
The Yours Truly Program aims to reward and value you, the Participant, for your relationship with us by granting a 30% discount on purchases of Our Products made on the Sustainably Yours website..
1) DEFINITIONS
1.1. Registration: the enrollment of an individual Participant in the Yours Truly Program, carried out through the Yours Truly Website. Registration and participation are limited to one account per Participant.
1.2. Sustainably Yours Customer Service Center: the channels through which the Participant may contact Sustainably Yours for information, suggestions and/or complaints.
1.3. Yours Truly Account: all registration information and transactions of the Participant. The Participant may consult them at vet.sylitter.com
1.4. Participant: an individual, over 18 years of age, holder of a Yours Truly Account. The Participant must necessarily be a veterinarian with an active state veterinarian license number to participate in the Yours Truly Program.
1.5. Yours Truly Program: a loyalty program developed and managed by Sustainably Yours, which allows the Participant to get discount available on the Yours Truly website.
1.6. Access Password: a personal and non-transferable code created by the Participant after activation to access the Yours Truly Account.
1.7. Sustainably Yours Website: the online application channel available at https://sylitter.com/.
1.8. Our Products: for the purposes of these Regulations, Sustainably Yours’s cat litter and scoops, which, once purchased by a Participant on the Sustainably Yours Website, are eligible for discount.
2) ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT
2.1. All individuals over 18 years of age, with an active license number and working as veterinarians, may participate in the Program by completing Registration correctly and fully on the Sustainably Yours Website or any other means made available by Sustainably Yours. The Participant’s Registration is subject to confirmation, and Sustainably Yours may require authentication of the information. After approval, at Sustainably Yours’s sole discretion and timing, the Participant will be eligible to participate.
2.1.1. If Sustainably Yours verifies or suspects any inconsistency in the information provided by the Participant at the time of Registration, completion will be suspended, and the Participant must contact Sustainably Yours through its official channels to correct the inconsistency before Registration can be completed.
2.1.2. The approval period for registration may vary, and the Participant must observe the correction period informed by Sustainably Yours when contacted via official channels.
2.2. Enrollment and participation in the Yours Truly Program are subject to the terms and conditions of these Regulations, deemed accepted by the Participant upon completing their registration with Sustainably Yours. If the Participant does not agree with the terms, registration and participation are not possible.
2.3. The Participant is responsible for keeping their registration data up to date, especially name, email, license number, address, and telephone numbers. Sustainably Yours is not responsible for damages or losses arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by the Participant.
2.4. The Participant must follow the rule of making only one (1) purchase per month, with a maximum of three (3) bags (or 78 lb) of Sustainably Yours, at the promotional price listed.
2.4.1. Purchases exceeding three (3) bags within the same month may result in order cancellation and, in cases of recurrence, removal of the Participant from the Program at Sustainably Yours’s discretion.
2.5. The Participant will have access to the Yours Truly Program through the Sustainably Yours Website or another officially provided channel. Sustainably Yours is not responsible for any inability of the Participant to connect to the internet, access the Website, or access their Yours Truly Account.
2.6. Resale of products acquired through Yours Truly is strictly prohibited. If resale occurs, Sustainably Yours reserves the right to remove the Participant from the Program.
3) THE SUSTAINABLY YOURS ACCOUNT
3.1. Each Yours Truly Participant may only hold one Yours Truly Account. If duplication results from proven fraud, that Account will be canceled.
3.2. Access credentials (login and password) are personal, non-transferable, and the sole responsibility of the Participant. They must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed, provided, or shared by any means, including in password storage applications or websites. Except in cases of proven fraud, damages from misuse or unauthorized access are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
3.3. The Access Password may be changed by the Participant at any time on the Sustainably Yours Website.
3.4. Yours Truly Accounts without any purchase activity for more than 36 months may be canceled by Sustainably Yours. The Participant will be notified at least 90 days in advance, exclusively through the contact information they provided.
4) DISCOUNT
4.1. Participants approved in the Program will receive a 30% discount on purchases of Our Products made through the Sustainably Yours Website.
4.2. Participants are allowed to purchase a minimum of 26 lb and a maximum of 78 lb of cat litter per month, at promotional prices for Participants, in purchases paid with any payment method accepted on the Website
4.3. The discount applies only to the purchase price of eligible products and does not apply to shipping, handling, or taxes.
4.4. The discount is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be converted into money, gift cards, store credit, or any other benefit, and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized by Sustainably Yours.
4.5. Sustainably Yours reserves the right to change the percentage, scope, or conditions of the discount at any time, with prior notice of at least 30 days to Participants.
5) EXCLUSION FROM THE PROGRAM
5.1. The Participant may request their exclusion from the Yours Truly Program by notifying their decision to the Sustainably Yours Customer Service Center.
5.2. If the Participant later requests new enrollment in the Yours Truly Program after requesting cancellation of their registration, whether through Sustainably Yours in the Participant’s name, a new Sustainably Yours Account will be opened, and the Participant may begin participation in the Yours Truly Program again.
5.3. Sustainably Yours has the right to cancel the Participant’s Sustainably Yours Account in the occurrence of any of the following situations:
(i) failure to comply with the obligations established in these Regulations;
(ii) death of the Participant;
(iii) provision of any false information by the Participant to Sustainably Yours.
6) VALIDITY OF THE PROGRAM
6.1. Sustainably Yours reserves the right to terminate the program at any time, with prior communication of the termination date to its Participants at least 30 (thirty) days in advance.
7) PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Sustainably Yours guarantees that it processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and declares that it:
(i) stores personal data securely and appropriately, in accordance with applicable legislation;
(ii) follows a privacy policy and security procedures compatible with the type of personal data processed;
(iii) only uses personal data in ways compatible with the purposes for which they were collected;
(iv) allows personal data subjects to exercise their rights as provided for in applicable legislation;
(v) ensures that technical and organizational security measures are used to protect personal data against unlawful or unauthorized processing, and against accidental leaks, destruction, or damage; and
(vi) ensures that any employees or external service providers working with it in the performance of its services, and who may have access to personal data, comply with applicable personal data protection legislation.
8) FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The negotiation, by the Participant, of the discount offered by Sustainably Yours is expressly prohibited, in any form, including but not limited to purchase, sale, transfer, or exchange. Proof of such practices will result in the immediate exclusion of the Participant from the Yours Truly Program, regardless of any judicial measures being taken, and Sustainably Yours also reserves the right to refuse new registration of the Participant.
8.2. Participants who violate these Regulations, may also be excluded from the Yours Truly Program, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability, and Sustainably Yours reserves the right to refuse new registration of the Participant.
8.3. These Regulations may be amended and/or the Yours Truly Program suspended or canceled, for any reason, at any time by Sustainably Yours, at its sole discretion. Any change will be communicated at least 30 (thirty) days in advance, and communication will occur through the contact means provided by the Participant to Sustainably Yours and/or general communication in the Program’s official channels. Use of the program by the Participant after this period will be considered tacit acceptance of the new conditions of the Regulations.
8.4. Sustainably Yours reserves the right to cancel any transaction that, due to its characteristics, violates the conditions of these Regulations.
8.5. Sustainably Yours reserves the right to define the rules of its campaigns, as well as their content, recipients, and beneficiaries, and may even segment campaigns, promotions, or products to certain groups of Participants.
8.6. Sustainably Yours is not responsible for any changes or cancellations of promotions linked to third parties caused by such changes, cancellations, or withdrawals, and such withdrawal or cancellation will not, in any way, be considered loss of an acquired right or any other by the Participant.
8.7. Any situation not provided for in these Regulations, as well as any omissions, will be decided exclusively and sovereignly by Sustainably Yours.
8.8. As already detailed in these Regulations, Sustainably Yours is responsible for the products and services it provides. The Participant releases Sustainably Yours from any liability and/or material and moral damages, or incidents caused, arising from misuse or from any damages verified, caused by third parties or due to force majeure or fortuitous events, that may prevent use of the discount or enjoyment of purchased products..
8.9. The jurisdiction of Florida is hereby elected to resolve any issues related to the Yours Truly Program.
